Job Title: Procurement and Cost Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Cost Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working with civil contractors and a strong background in cost management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Cost management of one or more projects, including the preparation of tender reports and appointments in line with construction programs.
* Project procurement, including the issuance of tender queries and the appointment of subcontractors.
* Preparing monthly project payment applications and cost reports.
* Monitoring project costs and agreeing variations with design teams.
* Reporting financial performance to senior management.
Requirements:
* Degree level qualification in quantity surveying or a related field.
* At least 4 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably on civil projects.
* Prior experience working with main contractors is desirable.
* Chartered status or working towards chartership is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
