About Technical Operations
Our Technical Operations group is responsible for creating drugs for use in clinical trials and scaling production for the commercial market. We build and maintain advanced manufacturing processes and sites, providing quality control and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. We deliver and manage lab asset management processes & systems.
2. We design and implement laboratory equipment asset systems and their supporting lifecycle management processes.
3. We manage and maintain all laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
4. We provide clear visibility of all laboratory equipment and their associated asset lifecycle costs.
5. We diagnose and troubleshoot equipment/instrument technical issues, collaborating closely with vendors and service providers for repairs and replacements.
We seek talented individuals with strong engineering backgrounds and exceptional problem-solving skills. Strong fault-finding expertise is required to identify faults or issues with lab equipment, ensuring quick turnaround for maximum uptime.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of lab instruments. Strategic thinking and ability to integrate equipment management with organizational goals are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Visio software, as well as familiarity with basic data analytics and statistical methods, are also required.
