About the Role You will be responsible for generating student recruitment and sales from: Mexico Chile Panama Other LATAM countries Spain, for short term Erasmus funded courses This is a face-to-face, on-site role in Dublin, with exciting opportunities to travel internationally to educational fairs and recruitment events. ?? Key Responsibilities Generate new student enrolments from LATAM and Spanish speaking markets Develop and manage B2B partnerships (agents, schools, institutions) Conduct face-to-face and virtual sales meetings Implement social media marketing and sales strategies Represent the college at international education fairs Build strong relationships with partners and prospective students Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets ?? What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years experience in sales (B2B and/or education sales preferred) Experience with social media marketing and sales strategies Bachelors degree (required) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated Strong cultural awareness of LATAM markets Spanish fluency highly desirable Good English fluency ??
