We are seeking a Project Finance Controller to partner with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to manage financial performance from project negotiation through delivery. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and compliance with internal policies.
Responsibilities
* Provide project financial analysis and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts for project financial performance.
* Collaborate with vendors and internal business partners to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Review and provide financial input on contract clauses and terms.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
* Support other finance-related matters as needed.
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
* Strong team player, self-driven, adaptable, with high ownership of work.
* Detail-oriented, hands-on, and efficient.
* Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with financial systems and reporting tools is advantageous.
* Interest in technology and energy sectors is desirable.
* Eligible to work full-time in Ireland with no restrictions.
