In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the continuing airworthiness of our clients' aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.Why Join STS?Competitive salary.Comprehensive benefits package.Work From Home.Be part of a growing and innovative organisation.Work in a supportive and collaborative environment.Be part of a collaborative, innovative, and passionate team.Work with diverse clients, gaining exposure to various aircraft and industry challenges.Competitive compensation package, including wellness initiatives, hybrid working options, and opportunities for professional development.Professional Development: Ongoing learning opportunities and support for professional growth and career advancement.Key Responsibilities:Conduct airworthiness reviews and manage the continuing airworthiness of aircraft in line with EASA regulations and STS CAME.Produce work packs for maintenance visits and manage storage of aircraft on behalf of aircraft owners.Carry out EU-OPs reviews of aircraft outside the EASA environment.Managing aircraft technical records and cataloguing/archiving technical records.Liaising with Operators, Owners and Maintenance Organisations to ensure co‐ordination in airworthiness matters.Development and revision of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes based on the applicable Type Certificate Holders instructions for continued airworthiness.Responsible for the review of mandatory Airworthiness DirectivesReview LLP back to Birth records for Engines, APU and Landing Gears.Review non‐mandatory changes published by Type Certificate holders or manufacturers.Review Aircraft modifications and STC's.Liaise with National Aviation Authorities for the registration of aircraft, issuance of CofA's & Export CofA's.Support aircraft transitions, including delivery, redelivery, and modifications.Support active safety management by ensuring all STS CAME policies and proceduresare adhered to.Preparation of aircraft records for the independent Airworthiness Review staffRequirements:Degree level of engineering or a Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a CAMO environment, ideally in transition or operational roles.Strong knowledge of EASA continuing airworthiness regulations.Experience in aviation technical services, including maintenance planning, technical records, or reliability programs.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form.Available to travel worldwide at short notice.Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction.Work Authorisation: Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work and travel in the EU.How to Apply:Send your CV and cover letter to We look forward to hearing from youJob Type: PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingPrivate dental insurancePrivate medical insuranceSick payWork from homeAbility to commute/relocate:Shannon, CO.
