We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to join our dynamic aftersales team at our new dealership on the Airton Road, Tallaght.
As the service manager, you will lead service operations, and our growing team of highly trained technicians.
You will work closely with our sales and aftersales teams to provide exceptional servicing solutions, developing and implementing service procedures and maintaining customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a customer first ethos and at least 2 years experience in a service assistant or manager role at a main dealership.
Your role will involve evaluating dealership service performance and taking charge of improving service processes, boosting revenue and implementing best practices within the service department.
Skills required, IT, communication, leadership, problem solving, customer focus, time management, analytical skills, conflict resolution and empathy.
