This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland About the role: Covering projects in Europe Join a highly reputable Mechanical Contractor Excellent opportunity to grow and develop with an established industry leader Working on multimillion projects across Ireland and Europe €55-65k salary Responsibilities: - Mechanical BIM Modelling: Develop, update, and maintain detailed HVAC, piping, fire protection, and other mechanical models; interpret drawings and design data accurately - Technical Support: Resolve model-related queries, assist engineering teams, and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, standards, and Level of Detail requirements.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Collaborate with other disciplines, perform clash detection using Navisworks, and issue coordinated models and reports.
- Quality Assurance & Documentation: Maintain accurate model data, produce red-line and as-built models, and manage BIM documentation and coordination reports.
- Construction & Handover Support: Provide models for installation, commissioning, and asset handover; support smooth transition from construction to operation.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Adhere to site safety standards, IMS/ISO requirements, and promote safe design through accurate modelling and coordination Requirements Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, BIM, or a related discipline 5+ years experience in a BIM Modeller role within building services or construction Experience working on large commercial, industrial, data centre, or pharmaceutical projects Strong hands-on experience delivering coordinated BIM models on live construction projects Previous experience working abroad or within multinational project teams is an advantage Knowledge of German construction standards (DIN/VDI) beneficial To register your interest, or for more information, please contact Evan Fitzpatrick in confidence at or Skills: BIM Modelling Proficiency Coordination & Clash Detection Technical Interpretation Data Management & Documentation Construction & Handover Support
