Workshop Advisor Responsible to: Workshop Manager Main Purpose of Job: Cawley Commercials, Scania main dealer in Sligo, are currently recruiting for a Workshop Advisor or a suitable trainee to join our company.
The role: The successful candidate will be required to work within the Workshop team to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
Role Responsibilities: Dealing with customers both on the phone and in person Setting up maintenance plans Dealing with customer queries Good people management skills Maintain daily workshop timekeeping and labour productivity records Ensuring accurate recording of parts & service charges on invoicing Assist with implementing manufacturer warranty guidelines The requirements Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team as required Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail is fundamental to ensure quality is consistently delivered Strong communication skills with internal and external customers, suppliers and the manufacturer A background in the Commercial vehicle sector would be desirable The Package This is a full time in person position, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.45pm & occasionally outside of these times We offer excellent conditions and training opportunities, attractive remuneration package relevant to qualifications and experience, uniform and onsite parking.
