Health & Safety Manager | Data Centres | Dublin based / Nordic/European Travel
Location: Dublin (regular travel to Nordic project sites)
We’re working with a leading Design & Build contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support projects across the Nordic region.
This is a key role within the business, overseeing health and safety standards on multiple live data centre projects, while being based out of Dublin.
The role
Oversee health and safety across multiple data centre projects in the Nordics
Travel regularly to site to monitor compliance and standards
Implement and maintain company HSE policies and procedures
Carry out site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Work closely with project teams to drive a strong safety culture
Ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Deliver toolbox talks and support ongoing safety training
Report on HSE performance to senior management
What they’re looking for
7+ years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within construction
Experience on large-scale projects (data centres, pharma, industrial preferred)
Comfortable managing safety across multiple sites
Willingness to travel regularly across the Nordic region
Strong knowledge of EU health & safety regulations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
