Position Summary
As the Logistics Construction Coordinator (CC) you will supervise and coordinate the activities for Logistics on a large Irish semiconductor factory build project in Ireland. You will act as the focal point for contractors for all site mobility and transportation issues, including vehicles & licenses, security checks, material and workers movement through external and internal gates and into cleanrooms. You will also work with enabling infrastructure to support other large capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor all trade & material laydown, ensuring adherence to housekeeping standards.
* Oversee cleaning scope and housekeeping issues.
* Enable trades to relocate to alternate factory locations when required.
* Monitor trade activities for Cleanroom Protocol Guidelines.
* Track consumables station areas.
* Monitor routes for daily movement of materials and equipment, addressing impacts promptly and highlighting issues.
* Schedule cleaning and maintenance of all vestibules and temporary pass‑throughs (in coordination with the cleaning provider).
* Support the cleaning schedule to facilitate equipment move‑ins.
* Spend daily routine 100% on‑site to provide immediate solutions and supervise area checks, notify suppliers when stocks are low, and manage replenishment.
* Maintain information boards to update trades throughout the site and coordinate space management and allocation under the logistics lead.
* Notify trade contractors of impending impacts.
* Monitor drying rooms, office setup, cage setup, and external areas.
* Handle any ad‑hoc requests during the workday (e.g., bin, skip yard, cage, laydown, water cooler issues).
* Monitor internal and external waste swim lanes as directed by the Logistics Leads.
* Manage trade infrastructure set‑up along the building exterior.
* Erect signage related to construction tool installation activities as directed, both internally and externally.
* Address any punch list items related to logistic infrastructure.
Delivery Access Routes (External)
* Monitor all routes for daily move‑in of materials and equipment, acting on impacts promptly.
* Coordinate effectively with trade groups regarding material access routes into and around the building perimeter.
External Logistics – Yard, Stores, Welfare, Drying Rooms
* Enable and monitor daily drying room allocations, cabin office setup, welfare locations, external material laydown yards, storage tents, skip yards, welfare locations, temporary pedestrian routes, and road access.
Trades Infrastructure (External)
* Monitor all trade infrastructure set‑up along the building exterior.
External Waste Management
* Monitor internal and external waste swim lanes.
* Define waste routes and swim lanes from the internal building to external areas, collaborating with the waste provider for efficiencies and improvements.
* Manage site waste out routes.
Other Projects
* Assist with enabling infrastructure logistics planning for other large capital projects.
Education & Experience
Level 2 Construction Coordinator with 5+ years experience, OR
4 years in semiconductor construction, OR
2‑year technical degree and 2 years in semiconductor construction, OR
4‑year technical degree and 1 year in semiconductor construction.
Essential Skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Computer literate and familiar with major Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
* Flexibility to work in an environment of multiple projects and varying workloads.
* Ability to prioritise issues.
* Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures.
* Previous experience in semiconductors is an advantage.

Working hours: Site based 45 hours/week.
