Dennehy's Health & Fitness Blackpool wants you to join their Front of House team.
The ideal candidate for the Front of House position will use their passion for customer care to welcome members and process sales. The main duties require the ideal candidate to have customer service skills, sales experience, manage all booking & communication channels within the club and complete required administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Create an outstanding first impression and be a great representation of our Club through delivering exceptional customer service
* Hit and Exceed Targets: Work towards daily and monthly goals
* Ensure potential and existing members receive the best possible experience and customer service
* Effectively handle all administrative tasks, class bookings, payment processing, queries and member feedback
* Answering phone calls, e-mails, arranging bookings, and marketing via social media
* Housekeeping duties
* Opening/Closing of the facilities
Requirements
* Previous administration and sales experience is essential.
* Fluent in English: Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
* Previous experience with Microsoft 365 is essential.
* Flexible Availability - required to work evenings and weekends until 11pm.
* Ability to work as part of a team and alone
* A pleasant and polite manner
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Previous experience with money handling
* Interest in health and fitness preferred
Job Type: Part-time
