About The Role
Duties will include
The role offered is a Part Time position, due to the nature of our business, this position will require you to work weekends, early mornings and evenings.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming Guests To the Leisure Club – Provide a warm and friendly greeting to members and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service.
Handling Enquiries – Answer phone calls and emails regarding memberships, bookings, and general club information.
Processing Payments & Bookings – Manage membership sign-ups, class reservations, and transactions efficiently.
Maintaining Reception Area – Keep the front desk tidy and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Assisting Members – Offer guidance on facilities, services, and club policies.
Administrative Duties – Manage records, schedules, and paperwork with accuracy
Communication & Teamwork – Collaborate with club staff to provide seamless service.
Health & Safety Awareness – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and assist in emergency procedures.
