As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland's most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Trading (Buying) team as a Food Academy / Taste of Local Coordinator.
What you'll be doing:
* Main contact on all aspects of communication for 300 Food Academy Producers between Musgrave, Producers, retailers & external Food Academy programme facilitator on a day to day basis, including Sales Force
* Update all pricing and static information on Food Academy information platform
* Govern the accuracy of data on the Food Academy platform & app
* Propose, manage & coordinating cross functional requirements for marketing activity, Fresh Mag, Social Media, Media drops
* Management of activity with producers and scheduling of social media with marketing.
* Update & govern the accuracy of all pricing and static information on Taste of Local information & sales reporting platform, working with IT developer when necessary
* Manage Super Value Online Brandbank for Food Academy Team with producers
* Manage the "onboarding" of Food Academy producers, set-up of participants data including new lines, images, and 20-word caption, HACCP, Insurance, Consent etc
* Liase with Musgrave Operating Partners Ireland (MOPI) Head Office and Musgrave Group Compliance to ensure Food Academy producers are compliant with grocery regulations
* Liase with finance on payment/invoice issues with our producers and to ensure any breech of payment terms are addressed.
* Maintenance of our Taste of Local Point of Sale site & Interactive Map on the Marketing Toolkit for both retailers and producers.
* Coordinating & checking all Food Safety & Quality information is legally compliant for Super Value Retailers for External Food Safety auditing purposes.
* Responsible for liasing with Musgrave Food Safety & Quality Department to ensure producers have submitted required, up to date and legally compliant documentation including HACCP Plans, Vendor Questionnaires, Liability Insurance, HSE certs,etc
* Having an "Always On Digital" approach to social media across Instagram/Facebook & Tik Tok across producers & competitors.
* Any ad-hoc asks that may arise within the team.
What we'er looking for:
* Strong numeracy skills, excellent attention to detail
* Excellent Interpersonal & Communications Skills (written & verbal)
* Ability to adapt to a varied workload and dependable as part of a team
* Excellent PC Skills (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Planning and organising skills and an ability to meet deadlines
