Here at Americold Lough Egish we are now recruiting for a Stock Office Supervisor FTC.
As the Stock Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the stock team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Management Team, and updating the company’s weekly scorecard. You will provide weekly stock information, including Labour Management Standards (LMS) and ad hoc customer analysis, while ensuring that customer stocks are accurately processed by the Stock Office Team.
You will manage all Stock Office queries, ensuring they are resolved promptly and accurately to foster strong customer relationships. Liaising with the Operations Team, you will ensure that stock is received, stored, and dispatched according to customer requirements. Any issues will be escalated to the Operations Manager as necessary.
Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of the Stock Office Team, including scheduling, shift patterns, attendance, payroll reporting, timekeeping, and performance management. You will coach and mentor the team, ensuring cross‑training, development, and succession planning, while maintaining a comprehensive training matrix and developing process flows for all Stock Office tasks.
Essential Criteria
Previous Stock Management experience in Food and/or Warehousing environment
Proven track record of managing a team
Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Excellent IT skills
High energy profile, commercially aware, results oriented, calm under pressure, not easily distracted and highly self‑motivated
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive, pragmatic with a “can do” attitude
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
