Key responsibilities include:

1. Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.
\
2. Support Account Directors on client accounts.
\
3. Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
\
4. Follow agreed processes for all tasks.
\
5. Manage aged debt and premium collection.
\
6. Comply with all audit requirements.
\
7. Work closely with the Enterprise Team Leader.
\
