Recovery-Oriented Mental Health Professional
The Lucena Clinic is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to provide high-quality care to children and adolescents with mental health challenges. This role involves assessing and supporting individuals and families through the delivery of appropriate treatment and recovery-oriented interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote recovery and reduce the need for acute hospitalization.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
* Registered or eligible for registration in the Psychiatric Nurses Division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
* A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) setting.
* Successful completion of a post-registration program of study verifying a National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) major academic Level 8 or higher award.
* Demonstrated evidence of continuing professional development.
