We work directly with universities and institutions to deliver in-person demo training that equips students with practical, job-ready capabilities before graduation.
We are seeking a highly driven
Sales Intern (Commission-Based)
to support global university outreach and institutional partnerships. This role is execution-focused and ideal for individuals interested in B2B sales, higher education partnerships, and international market exposure.
You will work closely with the founder and core team to prepare sales assets, execute outbound outreach, and convert institutional interest into signed demo training contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and organize
product sales assets
, presentations, and demo materials
* Execute
outbound sales outreach
to universities and institutions via:
Email campaigns, Phone calls and LinkedIn and direct follow-ups
* Coordinate and book
demo meetings
with academic decision-makers
* Support
sales enablement activities
, including:
Email sequences, Follow-up frameworks and Sales scripts and call notes
* Distribute
sales and promotional content
through direct, targeted channels
* Maintain structured follow-ups until
contract signing
for in-person NapblogOS demo training
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Strong interest in
sales, business development, or partnerships
* Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and results-driven
* Familiarity with universities, education systems, or EdTech is a strong advantage
* Ability to operate independently in a remote, performance-based role
Compensation & Incentives:
* €500 commission for each institutional contract signed
