Seeking a
senior Oracle OEBS Functional Lead
to help
shape and define a Finance Transformation programme
.
This is a
consulting-focused role
, suited to a highly experienced professional who can operate at both
strategic and hands-on levels
, working closely with business stakeholders to define a clear transformation roadmap.
Expectation is for 2 days per week on-site in Dublin. May need to be on-site for workshops and at critical stages of the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the
definition and shaping of a Finance Transformation plan
based on business and operational requirements
* Act as the
Oracle OEBS functional lead
, with a strong focus on finance processes and best practices
* Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand
current-state financial operations
and identify improvement opportunities
* Translate business requirements into
target-state functional solutions
within Oracle OEBS
* Provide functional leadership and guidance across the transformation lifecycle
* Support in defining scope, approach, and high-level solution design
Required Experience
* Strong experience as an
Oracle OEBS Functional Lead or Senior Consultant
* Deep understanding of
financial operations and finance transformation initiatives
* Proven expertise across Oracle E-Business Suite finance modules (e.g. GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
* Experience working in
consulting or advisory environments
, ideally on large transformation programmes
* Ability to operate at a
senior, client-facing level
