As a Hardware Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Develop, review, and write test procedures for storage system products.
* Plan and execute system-level testing throughout the product lifecycle, including environmental test planning.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and product release.
* Document and coordinate test schedules with external resources.
* Review partner or supplier test plans and collaborate with tool engineers to define test requirements.
* Lead debug efforts to identify root causes of field failures.
* Participate in technical discussions and evaluate test plans for products.
* Take on additional tasks and responsibilities that contribute to team, department, and company goals.
Job Requirements
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Familiarity with basic concepts of design engineering and system testing.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards.
* Strong aptitude for learning new processes and procedures.
* Creative problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
* Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
* Equivalent experience will also be considered.
