Job Title: Staff Automation Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Automation Engineer to join our team.
As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting controls systems, HMI's, sensor technology, servo drive technology, and machine vision systems into automated manufacturing equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting controls systems, HMI's, sensor technology, servo drive technology, and machine vision systems into automated manufacturing equipment. Experience with medical device manufacturing, Allen Bradley PLC controls platform, and six Sigma methodology is also required.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing and supporting controls systems, HMI's, sensor technology, servo drive technology, and machine vision systems into automated manufacturing equipment.
* Working closely with internal and external equipment suppliers to ensure control hardware and software are implemented to provide reliable and robust automated manufacturing equipment solutions.
* Providing technical knowledge and leadership in controls, sensor technologies, and inspection systems.
* Assessing efficacy, robustness, and reliability of controls, sensor, and inspection hardware/software solutions.
