Due to expansion in our Business, we are looking for Recruitment Manager to join are existing successful recruitment team. This is a leadership role within our group of recruitment brands. We have fantastic structure working environment, Monday to Friday, working 8.30am to 5pm, and delighted to be awarded Best Place to work & great place to work in 2024 & 2025. We are expanding our successful recruitment team, and we are looking for like-minded people to join our teams. The ideal Recruitment Manager must come from a strong background in agency recruitment with experience in managing people in the recruitment sector, ideally have worked in a senior management position in the Hotel, Hospitality and catering background. The successful candidate will work on an established team with excellent opportunity to gain experience in this role. Ideally a driven candidate with excellent industry knowledge would be an advantage for this role. The Candidate: Minimum 3 5 years experience in the recruitment sector or a senior candidate in management in the Hospitality or catering sector. Strong people skills are essential. Organised and have a can-do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients. Ambitious and looking to progress your career. Driven candidate who wants to build a very rewarding career in management. Ability to join and the potential to lead the team. Understanding of current market trends in sector. The ideal Recruitment Manager for this role will have an impressive understanding of the current market. Ideal Recruitment Manager must enjoy leading from the front and growing the recruitment team. The Role: The role involves dealing with an established list of clients. Monday to Friday role, office based. Dealing with candidates & clients daily. Excellent earning potential and career progression. Excellent induction to the latest software in recruitment The role involves dealing with an established list.
