A highly respected law firm who specialise in Medical Negligence are seeking to hire an experienced Legal Executive to join their team. They successful candidate will have litigation experience, work well in a team environment, and be willing to work on Motions and Affidavits as well as additional tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage/ Run litigation files from start to finish under minimal supervision
* Draft filings, Books for Motions, Affidavits
* Managing your own workload effectively
* Working with Medical professionals
* Liaising with clients
* Supporting the fee earners
