Partner Development Manager (Contract) – EMEA
Role Overview
A leading global technology organisation is seeking a
Partner Development Manager (PDM)
to join its EMEA Partner team. This role plays a pivotal part in accelerating cloud and AI adoption across a defined portfolio of partners, driving digital transformation outcomes, and enabling partners to build, sell, and scale high-value solutions.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about AI, highly organised, and experienced in managing strategic partners across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Portfolio Management
* Manage a defined portfolio of partners across the EMEA region.
* Drive partner business planning, execution, and ongoing performance management.
* Ensure partner alignment to core solution areas and regional growth priorities.
AI & Cloud Adoption
* Guide partners in integrating AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI, industry-specific solutions).
* Champion AI-driven scenarios within the Education (K–14) segment to drive customer value.
Sales & Revenue Growth
* Deliver on revenue, usage, and consumption targets through partner-led sales motions.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across cloud and AI solution areas.
Orchestration & Collaboration
* Work cross-functionally with internal Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to drive partner success.
* Collaborate with multiple business groups to support renewals, pipeline creation, and strategic account engagement.
Compliance & Governance
* Ensure partners adhere to programme governance, compliance standards, and operational requirements.
Required Experience
* Demonstrated success in partner/channel management, business development, or technology sales.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure, M365) and AI-driven solutions.
* Proven ability to manage complex, multi-market stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Business-level proficiency in
English and French
.
Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with AI business models or partner enablement strategies.
* Experience operating in EMEA markets with multilingual capabilities.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for insight and decision-making.
* Experience within the Education sector is advantageous.
