Our platform and Chrome extension help job seekers apply faster, track applications like a CRM, generate AI-powered cover letters, and share resumes with real-time engagement insights. With over 15,000 users worldwide, we're scaling rapidly and need a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to help us grow our brand and community. Role Overview We're looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager to lead Autojob's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms. This role will play a critical part in driving user growth, building brand awareness, and creating engaging content that resonates with job seekers, students, and professionals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Autojob's growth goals. Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across multiple channels (posts, videos, stories, carousels, etc.). Grow and nurture our online community, actively engaging with users, job seekers, and industry professionals. Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and support campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance (engagement, growth, conversions). Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Autojob ahead of the curve. Support influencer and partner outreach to expand our reach in the career and recruitment space. Develop creative campaigns to drive sign-ups, Chrome extension downloads, and platform engagement. Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a tech startup or SaaS environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) and content trends. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later). Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics). Ability to create basic visual content using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools (video editing is a plus). Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies. Passion for startups, career development, and empowering job seekers. Nice-to-Haves Experience with paid social campaigns and A/B testing. Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
