We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated leader to support the senior management team in the day-to-day operation and clinical governance of a healthcare facility. This role is ideal for a strong clinical professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
This position plays a key leadership role in supporting the Director with organisation, management, and operation of the facility. You will help maintain excellent standards of care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive environment for residents and staff.
