We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager for our client, a luxury corporate catering unit based in Dublin 2.
*The ideal candidate would be coming from a luxury 4 star or 5 star background at management level* Location: Dublin 2
Hours: Monday to Friday.
7am – 3pm
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure high standard of service Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment Continuously strive to improve customer experience Enhance the profit and growth of the business by providing strategic leadership Ensure all budgets are managed in line with the client's requirements, monthly forecasting and to take actions where necessary.
Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth-running food operation / menu planning.
