We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled
IT Technician Support Specialist
to join our remote team
If you enjoy solving technical issues, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly, this role could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot problems via email, chat, or remote access tools
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
Assist with account setup, permissions, and system access
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
Document issues, solutions, and workflows to enhance internal processes
Ensure security best practices are followed across devices and systems
What You Bring:
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common IT tools
Understanding of networking basics, system administration, and troubleshooting
Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
Previous IT help desk or support experience is a plus
Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are an advantage
