What does this role offer:
You will gain experience in VAT consulting, tax authority interventions, audit defense, VAT function improvement through technology, and compliance services to Irish PLCs, multinationals, semi-state organizations, and private Irish companies.
As VAT Senior Manager, you will work with a team of experienced professionals, engaging with clients and investing in your career development through training and coaching.
Responsibilities include:
* Adding value for clients and the firm through business insights and innovation.
* Managing multiple engagements within budget and time constraints, ensuring high client satisfaction.
* Applying and promoting digital transformation and technology solutions.
* Coaching team members and fostering a results-driven, responsible, and passionate work environment.
* Attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
* Mentoring trainees and promoting a learning culture.
Key skills and competencies:
* 8+ years experience in VAT technical consulting and advisory.
* Strong academic background; AITI/CTA qualified or equivalent.
* Excellent business acumen and ability to leverage market insights.
* Strong relationship management and communication skills.
* Enthusiastic team player and manager, passionate about coaching.
* Ambitious with a commitment to personal growth.
