Job Title: Partnership Development Manager

A leading foodservice and hospitality provider seeks a strategic professional to drive growth and retention on a full-time, permanent contract.


About the Role:

* Actively seek cross-selling opportunities
* Collaborate with Operations & Sales teams for maximum growth potential
* Identify and pursue new service extension opportunities in various locations
* Coach the Operations team in Account Management skills and provide training if needed
* Oversee bid teams to ensure client specifications are concise and clearly identified
* Develop accurate relationship matrices for each account
* Leverage customer data to build actionable engagement plans
* Develop tailored retention/new business strategies based on client needs and renewal timing

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure internal stakeholders are confident in client strategy and required actions
* Assign clear ownership and timelines for all necessary actions
* Regularly update Contract Trackers
* Conduct annual client interviews and record results on Contract Trackers

Requirements:

* Established experience in developing and maintaining systems
* Knowledge of the Irish food industry
* Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Suite, SAP, Adobe, CRM databases)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
