We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Qualified Senior to join our Audit Department. You will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth strategy. We are looking for an exceptional individual who is delivery-focused, customer-centric, and passionate about their work.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for all stages of external audits including planning, execution, and completion.
* Coordinate and supervise audit teams of up to three people on various audit assignments.
* Act as main point of contact with clients during onsite audit fieldwork, communicating and managing client expectations.
* Maintain effective communication with management and partners on progress and status.
* Work across a wide range of audit assignments and manage multiple teams.
* Manage time, work progress, and delegation; demonstrate initiative, excellent communication, and assertiveness.
* Adhere to budgets and ensure deadlines are met.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* 3–4 years working in Audit.
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and client service ethos.
* Adaptability to change.
* Proficiency in MS Office (essential) and CaseWare (preferable).
* Good leadership and delegation skills.
* Knowledge of APT (advantageous).
