Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing actions arising from Local Authority Inspections (LAIs) in compliance with SI 137 of Housing Standards for Rented Houses Regulations 2019. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage actions arising from LAIs, ensuring timely resolution of inspection outcomes. * Liaise with local authorities, internal teams, and contractors to support effective communication and coordination. * Analyse trends, expenditure, and overall service performance to identify improvement opportunities.
