About the Job
You will play a key role in managing material movements across the facility and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded on our ERP system. Your new responsibilities will include: Loading and unloading vehicles, receiving and checking deliveries, reporting discrepancies before booking items into the system Booking parts into the ERP system and ensuring prompt put-away Issuing materials to designated areas using inventory management systems Scanning and filing all paperwork accurately Completing regular stock counts and reporting any discrepancies Preparing job kits by printing job lists, picking orders, wrapping packing labelling shipping internal external customers Ensuring all orders dispatched required deadlines Reviewing ordering factory consumables Maintaining storage stock areas safe tidy organised condition Adhering promoting safety procedures correct use PPE equipment
