Job title: Project Manager Location: North County Dublin/Meath Salary/Package:€85,000+ package Company: Reputable Contractor This role is with an established family run building contractor who are primarily known for their residential projects.
They have an upcoming project in the North East of the country, a mix of traditional housing and apartments, worth roughly €40 M in value.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Site Manager, with previous experience on residential sites, to oversee the project.
Key Responsibilities: Review design drawings, specifications, and contract documentation Project programming Ensure project quality Ensure the project runs in line with programme, budget, and health & safety standards.
Monitor budgets, programme, and contract administration Lead the site management team, sub-contractors, design team Co-ordinate with clients, liaise with stakeholders Requirements: Minimum 8+ years experience, with at least 3 in Project Management.
Proven track record of managing residential projects.
Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Degree or trade background in construction, engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and H&S legislation.
