We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Manager to join us remotely and help us elevate Ready or Not to new heights. Our goal is to establish Ready or Not as the quintessential FPS of our time.
Responsibilities
 * Engage with players through forums, social media, Discord, and other platforms to build a strong and positive community.
 * Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, enforcing community guidelines and addressing concerns.
 * Communicate player feedback and community sentiments to internal teams for continuous improvement.
 * Plan and execute events to enhance player engagement and strengthen the gaming community.
 * Develop and share community‑centric content such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
 * Stay informed about gaming trends and community management best practices to continuously improve our community initiatives.
Qualifications
 * 3+ years of experience in community management for gaming communities (FPS preferred).
 * Proven track record in building and managing engaged gaming communities.
 * Experience planning and executing online, in‑game, or in‑person events.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player communities.
 * Experience with Discord, forums, major social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics.
 * Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging community content.
 * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
 * Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Bonus Points
 * Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
 * Experience working cross‑functionally with developers, marketing, and support teams.
 * Strong understanding of gaming culture, trends, and player behaviour.
