The Role: We are curren tly looking to recruit a Order Fulfillment Centre Manager to join our Warehouse division in OFC West Region, Co. Mayo.
This role is permanent full time contract.
The purpose of this role is to manage the Order Fulfilment Centre (OFC) facility, overseeing a team of employees, CE participants, TUS workers, and volunteers, in line with relevant employment legislation.
The role also ensures that the OFC operations and fleet are fully compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the collection, sorting, and distribution of donated goods across the Region's Vincent's shops (13 currently) and some locations outside the region, as well as maintaining an effective in-stock service by product category to fulfil stock orders.
Liase with all shop managers to ensure needs are met and full record keeping of all stock movements.
Engage with an EPOS system to efficiently monitor pick ups and sales at each location.
All duties must be carried out efficiently and in full compliance with the Society's retail standards, applicable legislation, and SVP policy and ethos.
