THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with 2–3+ years of experience who is excited to support and execute visual work across a wide variety of media and deliverables. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will join an organized, creative, and marketing-savvy design team to help bring concepts to life and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital and print materials. This position offers strong exposure to a wide range of projects while allowing you to continue developing your design and production skills.
This role will involve primarily digital projects, with some print and production-focused design work included. We're in a transformative year for the brand, creating meaningful opportunities to contribute to how we show up visually across all platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Junior Graphic Designer will:
* Support the marketing and design team by executing on-brand visual assets based on established concepts
* Create and update a variety of deliverables including social media graphics, email marketing assets, presentations, marketing and sales collateral, website graphics, and event materials
* Assist with production design tasks such as resizing, formatting, versioning, and preparing files for digital and print use
* Collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners across multiple offices
* Take projects from concept through final execution with guidance and feedback
* Manage time effectively while balancing multiple assignments and deadlines
* Apply feedback thoughtfully and make revisions efficiently
* Help ensure brand standards and visual consistency across all materials
* Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

WHAT YOUR RESUME SHOWS
While we value attitude and potential, successful candidates will likely bring:
* 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience creating digital marketing assets such as social graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral
* Exposure to production design and print fundamentals (file setup, formats, resolution, and preparing assets for output)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with typography, color, layout, and brand systems
* Experience supporting simple animations, GIFs, or short-form social content is a plus
* Experience with AI image generation tools and Figma is a plus
* A portfolio demonstrating strong execution, attention to detail, and consistency
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
