Role Description
We are looking for a Windows Platform Senior Systems Engineer who has extensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including both on-premises and cloud services. Responsibilities include engineering and operating Windows Server and Workstations, automating tasks, and patch and vulnerability management. Applicants should be familiar with networking, storage, and virtualization technologies and have a thorough understanding of the M365 and O365 suite.
Role Objectives: Delivery
* Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including both on-premises and cloud services.
* Manage Windows Server and Workstation endpoints, including build process, security patching, vulnerability management, third-party software updates, configuration management, performance monitoring, and level 3 issue troubleshooting.
* Understand storage and virtualization technologies as well as the M365/O365 suite.
* Configure domain and security policies and automate tasks.
* Support Windows Platform-related issues and escalations.

* Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with architecture, engineering, vulnerability management, and security teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of documenting technical concepts.

* Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, both on-premises and cloud.
* Manage Windows Server and Workstation endpoints, including build, security patching, and vulnerability management.
* Update third-party software, manage configurations, monitor performance, and troubleshoot level 3 issues.
* Have advanced knowledge of M365 suite and O365 services.
* Understand storage, network, and virtualization technologies.
* Configure domain and security policies, automate tasks, and support Windows platform issues and escalations.
Qualifications And Skills
* 5+ years in infrastructure/end-user support roles.
* Experience with Windows Server Engineering and Operations (Full Lifecycle) including Domain Controllers, Certificate Services, ADFS, Print Servers, RRAS/NPS Servers, Clustering Services, etc.
* Hybrid Active Directory with EntraID: management of Domain Controller Lifecycle, Active Directory Architecture, GPOs, OUs, identity and access management.
* Experience with EntraID Connect and Azure Cloud engineering and operations.
* Proficiency with M365 Services including Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, SCIM provisioning, License management, and Microsoft Graph.
* Experience with modern authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and MFA.
* Knowledge of O365 services like Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint Online.
