Kickstart your career as a Junior Business AnalystWe're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Castleblayney, Ireland, in a full-time, permanent role.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with early analytical experience who's eager to build a career in business analysis. You'll play a hands-on role in supporting projects from initial research and requirements gathering right through to implementation.Working closely with data teams, stakeholders, and business units, you'll help uncover data needs, shape meaningful reporting requirements, and champion data-driven decision-making across the business.Responsibilities of our Junior Business AnalystGather, document, and analyse business requirementsConduct research and analysis to support internal projectsCreate reports, presentations, and process mapsLiaise with stakeholders to understand needs and define solutionsAssist with the implementation of new business processes or systemsSupport project tracking and provide regular updatesHelp with data analysis and preparation of recommendationsProvide basic user training on new functionality and handle user queries regarding system functionality.Assists others (or guide the technical writer) in the production and maintenance of operational and user documentation including release notes.Respond to unresolved production support issues and participate in analysis and resolution on behalf of the business.Under direct supervision, provide input and insight into the administration of the project schedule, scope of work and budget, ensuring that operational teams and subcontractors understand business requirements.Create, update and interrogate a variety of data sources to provide departmental & business reports as required.What we are looking for in our Junior Business Analyst:You will have:Experience in the use of a CRM system.Experience of working with various IT programs e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent networking abilityExcellent organisation and planning skillsExperience of delivering business or process changeExperience of working with multiple departments & territoriesGood standard of educationFull driving licenceWhilst not essential, the following would be of benefit:A professional qualification in Data Analytics.Project Management experience.Data Analysis and Reporting.Acute commercial acumen.Experience of call handlingWhat we can offer you:23-days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompetitive salary of €27,500 per annumContributory pension schemeLife assuranceEmployee Assistance ProgrammeCycle to work schemeDiscounted health careWhy join Kingspan Insulation?We are entrepreneurial, collaborative, and we stand behind a common cause – better buildings for a better world.
