As a leader in administrative management, you will oversee a team of administrators, ensuring the smooth operation of daily and weekly workloads. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, handling claims and queries within service levels and turnaround times, and overseeing rosters, breaks, holiday cover, etc.
Your expertise will be essential in carrying out 1-to-1s, acting as the main point of contact for the team, and managing escalations to be reviewed by management. You will also be responsible for general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks.
