Abby Blue Stanley Limited is a fast-growing immigration and company compliance business, and we're expanding our modern, dynamic sales team based in our Wexford office.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment at an exciting stage of growth. We're looking for a motivated, confident Sales Executive who enjoys responsibility, works with urgency, and takes real ownership of results.
This role is fully office-based in Wexford. Remote or hybrid working will not be considered.

The Role
You will be a key point of contact for new and existing clients, responsible for converting enquiries into completed services. This is a performance-driven role within a busy sales team where responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through matter.
Key responsibilities include:
• Responding quickly to all incoming leads (phone, WhatsApp, email)
• Actively following up and progressing enquiries to completion
• Speaking with clients during office hours and, when required, outside standard hours to win and close business
• Clearly explaining services and guiding clients through next steps
• Supporting short-form social media and video content (TikTok, Meta, YouTube)
• Appearing confidently on camera to represent the company and its services
• Contributing ideas to improve conversion, sales processes, and client engagement
• Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Operations team

Sales experience is an advantage, but attitude, communication skills, and drive are essential.
A second language is a strong advantage (Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, Filipino, Hindi, Urdu, etc.).

• 32 hours per week
• Fully on-site at our Wexford office
• Occasional client contact outside standard hours as part of closing sales

Pay & Progression
• €14.20 per hour
• 5% commission on service fees
• Realistic €10,000+ per year in commission
• OTE €32,000–€40,000+
• Top sales performer currently earning €55,000+
