Site Engineer Job Description
Working closely with project managers and other stakeholders, the successful candidate will coordinate site drawings, monitor the work of sub-contractors, and ensure the smooth execution of ground works and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site drawings to ensure accurate planning and execution.
* Monitor the work of sub-contractors to guarantee high-quality results.
* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
* Ensure the completion of setting out for the site team and sub-contractors.
* Monitor ground works and contractors to prevent delays or issues.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress.
* Regularly report on project progress to project managers.
Requirements:
To be a successful Site Engineer, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Residential experience is beneficial, but candidates with Civil or other Construction experience are also welcome.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Engineer.
* Residential experience is an advantage.
* Civil or other Construction experience is also acceptable.
* A CSCS card is required.
* RC frame experience is desirable.
