Operations Management Role
This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hotel, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achieving operational targets.
* Oversee daily hotel operations to meet high standards across all departments.
* Lead and support departmental managers, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
* Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
* Ensure health and safety, hygiene, and quality standards are adhered to at all times.
* Support HR functions including recruitment, training, and staff development.
* Manage guest feedback and implement strategies to improve service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a senior operations or departmental management role within a hotel environment.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, drive efficiencies, and lead high-performing teams.
* Knowledge of hotel systems and operations (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping).
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on, proactive approach.
* Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and holidays.
