What we are looking for:
Knowledge of Opera cloud or similar property management systems
Knowledge of computer suites including excel, PowerPoint, word etc
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritise task list
Attention to detail
Proactive, self- motivated individual with an ability to work on own initiative
Positive can-do attitude
Strict policy and procedural work ethic with excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent customer service skills
Fluent English
Responsibilities:
Assist supervising the Reservations Team maintaining the level of Positive and Supportive office culture.
Maintaining High guest satisfaction and knowledge of repeat guests.
Maintaining high levels of call answering and email turnaround rate.
Assisting the Reservations/Revenue Manager at peak operational times.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless 5 star Guest experience.
Ensuring all bookings, rates and booking procedures are adhered to.
Maximizing Room Allocations to assist in Maximising Revenue
Managing close out dates and rates.
Yielding and overseeing website management
Preparing of daily Reports.
Reviewing/updating group bookings on a Daily basis.
Must be a Team player with the ability to multi-task
Assisting in Training and ongoing development of existing team members.
Maintaining procedures and implementing new procedures if/when required.
