As Production Manager within our Evolution Department, you will lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities for our innovative smart agri-tech products that integrate advanced engineering and technology.
This is a hands-on role where you will champion operational excellence and help to build a culture of continuous improvement.
Based at Headquarters in Tuam, Co.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring quality, output, and efficiency targets are
consistently met.
• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, capacity,
and inventory plans.
• Track and report on production KPIs including throughput, efficiency, downtime and yield.
• Champion a Safety Always culture ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental
standards.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Operations teams to introduce new products and technologies
into production seamlessly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other structured
problem-solving methods to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Optimise labour, equipment, and material resources to maximise efficiency and maintain costeffective operations.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation in line with company
requirements.
• Work closely with service and after-sales teams to ensure product readiness, quality feedback, and performance improvements.
• Responsible for all aspects of production administration.
• Oversee the purchase of components, and consumables in line with production needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a production management or supervisory role within a
manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and empower teams.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, and resource planning.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, People First approach.
