My client is a high-profile aircraft leasing company looking for a Senior Administrator/Paralegal to join its legal team in Limerick.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and signing of legal documents
2. Coordination of documents requiring legalization
3. Working with consulates and embassies
4. Uploading documents to an internal system
5. Varied administrative duties such as printing, scanning and ad hoc projects
Experience:
1. Strong administration or executive assistant experience
2. Legal, compliance or company secretarial experience a plus
3. Highly organised and proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
