We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Chef to join our culinary team in a scenic beach hotel on Achill Island, County Mayo. As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for providing bar meals and breakfast to discerning guests while maintaining a high level of culinary excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing a wide range of dishes, from hearty breakfast options to delicious bar meals, using only the freshest ingredients. They will also provide exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase your culinary expertise, using seasonal ingredients and creative presentation techniques.
2. Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Requirements
