Textile Department Manager Role
The primary objective of this role is to assume accountability for the department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer care, operational standards to maximise sales and profitability, while maintaining costs and controlling stocks.

* Maximise sales through analysing sales data, stock availability, department trading patterns and pre-empting customer needs and demands
This position requires leading and training a team in line with the brand training programme and implementing all process and business changes as per the business requirement and on time.
