Great National South Court Hotel is seeking to recruit a creative and dynamic individual to join the Sales & Marketing Team.
As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be primarily responsible for executing the sales strategy of the hotel with the ultimate objective of maximizing revenues across all revenue-generating outlets, including bedrooms, meetings and events, and food and beverage. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, creative, and high-performing, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and maximizing the hotel’s revenue.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver the budgeted sales revenue across all departments while managing all aspects of the Sales & Marketing role through effective communication with relevant departments.
* Devise and implement the overall strategic sales and marketing plan, monitoring progress against KPIs, budgets, and revenue targets.
* Liaise with the General Manager and Great National Head Office to adopt appropriate pricing strategies.
* Develop relationships with key corporate clients and understand their needs.
* Analyze markets, source new markets, identify potential clients, and secure new corporate accounts.
* Execute tour series contracting.
* Implement focused marketing plans to strengthen brand identity and promote the food & beverage offerings locally through sales and marketing activities.
* Organize site inspections and familiarization trips with the hotel team.
* Manage third-party and promotional websites to optimize the hotel’s online presence.
* Monitor and respond to activity on social media platforms in a timely manner.
* Conduct weekly meetings with the hotel team to update on activities and plans.
* Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with forecasts to management monthly.
* Represent the hotel at trade fairs, promotions, and tourism events locally and nationally.
* Organize client entertainment as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a proven sales record in hospitality or tourism.
* Relevant degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
* Results-driven with the ability to analyze market data.
* Confident communicator at all levels.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and web analytics.
* Ambitious, creative, and influential.
* High customer focus and understanding.
* Valid permission or visa to work in the EU.
