Seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to manage the end-to-end order process and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders accurately and promptly upon receipt.
* Reporting: Maintain regular reporting according to business requirements.
* Product Support: Offer basic product information to customers.
* Issue Resolution: Resolve queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices.
* Returns: Handle returns and ensure smooth issue resolution.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Requirements:
* Language Proficiency: Strong native language fluency in German and advanced English (C1/C2) skills.
* Technical Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.
* Work Experience: Relevant experience in customer support or a strong interest in developing a career in customer-facing roles.
