Job Title: Production Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Coordinator to join our team in a 24/7 production environment. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring labour requirements to ensure efficient production while maintaining compliance with Working Time legislation.
The Role:
* Plan and analyze labour requirements (mid to long term)
* Schedule skills and resources across multiple business units
* Evaluate compliance with Working Time Directive legislation
You will work closely with operations teams to optimize productivity and efficiency while ensuring adherence to regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Determine optimal staffing levels based on production demands
2. Analyze workforce performance metrics
3. Collaborate with recruitment partners regarding staffing needs
Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities make you an ideal candidate for this role. ----------------------------------- Hiring Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential as well as advanced MS Excel skills.
